Marcelle earned her Physiotherapy degree from the University of João Pessoa, Brazil, in 2004, where she developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
Her early career was spent in private clinics, working with a diverse range of clients to aid in injury recovery, pain management, and functional rehabilitation. In 2007, Marcelle moved to Canada, embracing the challenge of learning a new language and adapting to a new healthcare system. For five years, she worked as a physiotherapy assistant in a busy private clinic, gaining valuable hands-on experience and deepening her understanding of patient care in a fast-paced setting. During this time, she also balanced professional growth with family life, raising two wonderful children.
Now that her children are older, Marcelle has fully committed to her passion for physiotherapy by completing her Canadian certification and returning to practice. Dedicated to helping individuals of all backgrounds achieve their best performance—whether in sports, work, or daily life—she focuses on empowering patients to move better, feel stronger, and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.
Marcelle believes physiotherapy is more than just treatment—it’s about restoring confidence, independence, and quality of life. Excited to be part of the community, she is committed to supporting her patients in reaching their full potential.
