Thrive Physio is a private clinic and does not offer OHIP-covered physiotherapy.If you’re looking for OHIP-funded options, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.This helps us offer the appointment time to another patient who may need care. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Some mild soreness is normal after manual therapy or exercise-based treatment — similar to how you might feel after a workout.This usually settles within a day or two. Your practitioner will guide you on what to expect and how to manage soreness if it happens.

Yes — we believe what you do between appointments is just as important as what happens in the clinic.We’ll give you customized exercises through our digital platform, complete with videos and clear instructions.
