Karen is a Registered Social Worker and Therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self- compassion. She provides a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Karen works with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and the emotional impacts of chronic pain and health concerns. She believes that mental and physical health are deeply connected and that healing happens when we take the time to care for the whole person. Drawing on a client-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, Karen helps individuals develop practical tools, gain insight, and build on their existing strengths to move forward with greater clarity and well-being. “I believe that healing happens when we address the whole person—not just symptoms. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen their emotional well-being, and create lasting change so they can thrive in their relationships, work, and everyday lives.”
