Krista is passionate about fitness and sports, more specifically running and soccer, because they have always been part of her lifestyle. She truly believes an active body supports longevity and overall life satisfaction. As a practitioner, she enjoys getting people back to what they enjoy doing most and tailoring treatment plans to meet the goals and expectations of the client.
Krista is a mom to an active toddler and has two dogs at home. She enjoys taking the three of them for longs walks and jogs around the Etobicoke area. As a new mom, she has an appreciation for helping other moms get back to moving pain-free. She understands moms don’t have sick days!
